Pallets

Pallets made for the work ahead.

Four categories, one starting point: what the load actually needs. Tell us that, and the specification follows.

01 — New pallets

New All-Wood Pallets

Built from new lumber to the dimensions your load actually needs — standard footprints or your own.

New pallets are cut and assembled to the specification you supply. If you are not working from a drawing, give us the load and the handling environment and we will work back to a build that suits it.

No minimum order.

What to tell us

Dimensions
Length and width, plus deck height if it matters
Load requirements
Weight per pallet and how it is stacked
Handling environment
Forklift, pallet jack, racking, floor stacking
Quantity
How many, and whether it repeats
Schedule
When you need them

02 — Recycled pallets

Recycled All-Wood Pallets

Reclaimed, repaired and sorted pallets — a lower-cost option where the application allows it.

Recycled availability moves with supply, so these requests are reviewed individually. Tell us the size and volume you need and when you need it, and we will confirm what we can put together.

Availability is confirmed per request.

What to tell us

Size
The footprint you are matching
Grade
Condition the application requires
Volume
Quantity per order
Timing
When you need them on the floor
Availability
Confirmed against current stock
Suitability
Whether recycled is right for the load at all

03 — Custom pallets

Custom All-Wood Pallets

Non-standard footprints, unusual loads and awkward handling — designed around the product.

When a standard footprint wastes space or leaves a load unsupported, the pallet should change, not the product. Custom builds start from the product footprint and the way the load is moved.

Drawings welcome, but not required to start.

What to tell us

Product footprint
The actual dimensions being carried
Load weight
Total and how it is distributed
Handling points
Where forks and straps make contact
Movement
How far it travels and how often it is handled
Non-standard dimensions
Anything a stock pallet will not fit

04 — Heat-treated pallets

Heat-Treated Pallets

Heat treatment available by request for shipments that call for treated wood packaging.

Heat treatment is available on request. Include the destination and any documentation your freight forwarder or customer requires with your quote so the requirement is confirmed before production begins.

Confirm treatment requirements when you request a quote.

What to tell us

Destination
Where the shipment is going
Documentation
What your forwarder or customer requires
Quantity and timing
Volume and required date

Before you ask

Have these to hand and the quote comes back faster.

None of it is required to get started — send what you have and we will work out the rest with you. But the more of this you can give us up front, the fewer rounds it takes.

  • Pallet dimensions — length and width
  • Estimated quantity
  • Load type and weight
  • One-time order or a recurring requirement
  • The date you need them
  • Service ZIP code

Not sure which one?

Start with what the load needs.

If you do not know whether new, recycled or custom is right, describe what you are shipping and how it gets handled. We will tell you which one makes sense — and which one does not.
